摘　　要：目的观察口腔洁治后使用雅皓乳膏对轻、中、重度牙周炎牙周状况的影响。方法选择不同年龄阶段（25-50岁）的轻度（40例）、中度（40例）、重度（40例）牙周炎患者，从三组中随机分为对照组和治疗组，全组皆行牙周洁治（龈上、龈下），而后，治疗组用雅皓乳膏早晚2次刷牙，每次长于3min。对照组用市售牙膏，使用方法同前。于治疗前后6个月观察检测牙龈指数（CD、菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）患牙松动度，比较检测指数在治疗前后的变化，数据以t检验和χ^2检验进行统计学处理。结果治疗前后轻度组、中度组的各项指标有明显变化，用雅皓乳膏刷牙能有效地控制轻、中度牙周炎，而对重度牙周炎患者则无明显效果。结论用雅皓乳膏刷牙能有效地控制轻、中度牙周炎。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the change after using YAHAO toothpaste for 120 patients with Periodontitis. Methods 120 patients was divided into 3 groups,light level group,middle level group ,terrible level group,then divide every group into control group and treatment group, patients in the treatment group were treated with teeth brushing with YAHAO toothpaste The change of GI,PLI and SBI were recorded at the beginning of the treatment and after 6 months. Results After 6 months there was a statistically significant difference in the periodontal indexes, in light level group and in middle level group, only SBI changed in terrible group. Conclusion The YAHAO toothpaste can take a good affect to light and middle level group.
