胃癌中MMP-7、TIMP-2和CD44v的表达与侵袭转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶（MMP-7）、金属蛋白酶抑制剂（TIMP-2）和细胞表面跨膜蛋白（CD44v）在胃癌组织中的表达及其与侵袭转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法检测胃癌组织中MMP-7、TIMP-2和CD44v的表达。结果①MMP-7、TIMP-2和CD44v在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为72％、76％和72％，均高于在正常胃黏膜组织中的表达，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；②MMP-7、TIMP-2和CD44v在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄无相关性（P〉0．05）；③MMP-7和CD44v在Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期胃癌组织中的表达高于在Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期中的表达，有远处转移胃癌组织中MMP-7和CD44v的表达高于无远处转移组中的表达；TIMP-2在Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期胃癌组织中的表达高于在Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期中的表达。结论①MMP-7、TIMP-2和CD44v在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄无相关性；②MMP-7和CIM4v在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌的临床分期和有无远处转移有相关性；TIMP-2在胃癌组织中的表达仅与胃癌的临床分期有相关性。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of MMP-7 ,TIMP-2 and CD44v in the metastasis and invasion of gastric carcinoma. Methods S-P method was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 ,TIMP-2 and CD44v in gastric carcinoma. Results ①The positive rate of MMP-7 ,TIMP-2 and CD44v expression is 72% 、76% and 72% respectly in gastric carcinoma. They were significantly higher than in normal gastric mucosa. There were significant correlation（ P 〈0. 01 ） ;②No relationship was observed among MMP-7 ,TIMP-2 and CD44v expression and sex, age in gastric carcinoma （P 〉 0. 05 ） ;③The expressions of MMP-7 and CD44v in stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ , The positive rates of MMP-7 and CD44v in metastatic group were higher than that in non-metastatic group, while the expression of MMP-7 in stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ was higher than stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Conclusion ①There were no difference found among the expressions of CD44v, MMP-7 and TIMP-2 and sex, age; ②There were significantly correlation among MMP-7, CD44v expression and clinical stages ,lymph node metastasis; Significant relationship was only observed between TIMP-2 expression and clinical stages.
