摘　　要：目的探讨我国维吾尔族人的睑袋手术整复。方法皮肤入路下睑成形术切口,皮下分离0.5cm后,在眼轮匝肌下与眶隔之间分离至眼轮匝肌下缘,形成阶梯状肌皮瓣。在眶下缘处,释放突出眶隔内的多余脂肪,形成几组脂肪瓣,将脂肪瓣填充,固定于眶下缘前方的凹陷区并缩紧眶隔。切除多余的皮肤和部分眼轮匝肌,将肌皮瓣上的眼轮匝肌与外眦部的骨膜悬吊固定。睑缘松弛者,行睑缘缩短术。结果本组患者29例,21例获随访2～12个月,均获满意的美容效果。结论本法整复维吾尔族人睑袋,不但可以预防传统睑袋手术的并发症,而且年轻化效果显著,同时适用于眶下缘凹陷的患者。Objective To explore blepharoplasty for lower eyelid ptosis in Chinese Uigurs. Methods To form a ladder - shape musculo - cutaneous flap, disconnect subcutaneously was performed for the 0.5 crn to the inferior border of orbicularis oculi between orbicularis oculi and orbital septum through a blepharoplasty incision. At the infraorbital margin, the surplus fat over the orbital septum was released, and fat flaps made from released fat were used for filling the depressed area and then these flaps were fixed and tightened. Shortening of eyelid margin was carried out for patients with loose eyelids. Results Twenty - one of 29 cases were followed for 2-12 months, and all patients were satisfied with the cosmetic results. Conclusion This method for repairing lower eyelid ptosis in Uigurs not only can prevent patients from complications typically caused by the traditional surgical operation for ＂bags＂ under the eye, but also can give the patients a rejuvenated appearance.
