摘　　要：目的探讨乳前牙反治疗的矫治方法。方法选取60例乳前牙反患儿随机分为3组,分别施予不同的矫治手段。结果Ⅰ组疗效确切,疗程短。治疗时间与后两组相比,差异有统计学意义;Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组比较,差异无统计学意义。58例患者获随访6个月至1年,1年后出现复发。结论治疗乳前牙反首选2×4矫治技术。Objective To explore orthodontic methods for treating milk anterior crossbite. Methods Sixty cases with milk anterior crossbite were selected for this study and were divided randomly into three groups and corrected by three different kinds of orthodontic methods. Results Therapeutic effects in Group Ⅰ were sured with shorter length of stay, and there was significant difference in comparing group Ⅰ with the other two groups in therapy time. However, there was no significant difference between Groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Fifty - eight of 60 cases were followed for 6 - 12 months, but after 12 months, recurrences were found. Conclusion 2 - 4 appliance should be selected first in treatment of milk anterior crossbite.
