摘 要:用人工加速老化的方法对Lox-1,Lox-2缺失材料云恢290和Lox-1,Lox-2不缺失品种汕优63进行了储藏后生理和生化变化的研究,结果表明:云恢290有着突出的耐储藏特性,老化20天,汕优63的发芽率下降到5%,云恢290发芽率保持在42%;老化30天后云恢290电导率增加小于汕优63,丙二醛和游离脂肪酸的增加只有汕优63的1/2左右。脂肪氧化酶Lox-1、Lox-2缺失减轻了膜脂过氧化作用,保持细胞膜结构完整性,同时减少游离脂肪酸的积累,从而延长了云恢290种子的寿命。Recently the loss of lipoxygenase isoenzymes Lox-1 and Lox-2 was found definitive in influencing rice seeds longevity. In this paper, two rice varieties with and without Lox-1, Lox-2, namely Yunhui 290 (without Lox-1, Lox-2) and Shanyou 63 (with Lox-1, Lox-2 ) were subjected to an accelerated-ageing experiment to explain the possible mechanism on how Lox-1 and Lox-2 would influence rice seeds longevity. The results indicated that with 20 ageing treatment, Yunhui 290 still had 42 % germination percentage, whereas Shanyou 63 hardly germinated. At the end of ageing treatment, membrane staining indicated less membrane permeability for Yunhui 290, and electrical conductivity of Yunhui 290 was less than that of Shanyou 63. The increases in MDA content and free fatty acid content in Yunhui 290 were only half of those in Shanyou 63. The lacking of Lox-1 ,Lox-2 could reduce.membrane disruption of ageing seeds and delay the accumulation of free fatty acid and prolong the storage of Yunhui 290.
