摘  要:目的:探讨运动再学习法(motor relearning programe,MRP),对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能与平衡功能的影响,并探讨其临床意义。方法:脑卒中偏瘫患者68例,随机分成两组,分别运用运动再学习法(MRP)和易化技术(facilitation techniques,FT)进行康复治疗。评定方法采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定法(Fugl-Meyermotor scale,FMMS)和Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评定法,评估两组治疗前后的运动功能与平衡功能。结果:治疗前MRP组与FT组的平衡功能和下肢运动功能无明显差异(P>0.05),10周治疗结束后,两组的平衡功能及下肢运动功能均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),且MRP组功能改善情况优于FT组(P<0.05)。结论:运动再学习方案能够有效地改善偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能与平衡功能,优于易化技术。Objective: To explore the effect of motet relearning programme (MRP) on the balance and motor function of lower extreme in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: The 68 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups: MRP group (treated with MRP) and facilitation techniques (FT) group (treated with FT). The motor function was evaluated with Fugl-Meyer motor scale and Fugl-Meyer balance scale. Results: There was no difference between MRP group and FT group before treatment (P〉0.05), but ten-week after treatment, there were significant improvement for motor function and balance in two groups (P〉0.01), and motor function and balance of MRP group improved more than those of FT group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The therapy of MRP can effectively improve the balance function and motor function of lower extreme in stroke patients with hemiplegia, and is better than FT.
