疏血通对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂、凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏血通注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂、凝血功能的影响。方法:入选不稳定型心绞痛患者98例,38例患者入选对照组,接受常规治疗,60例患者进入观察组,在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液,治疗14d。治疗前后均检测血脂、凝血功能。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组治疗后总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05),并且治疗组的凝血酶原时间(PT),凝血活酶时间(APTT)明显延长,纤维蛋白原含量明显下降(P<0.05),亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通注射液用于治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者时,有调脂、抗凝、促纤溶作用,安全性高。Objective： To investigate the effects of Shuxuetong on serum lipid and blood coagulative function in patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods： The 98 UAP patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group： the 38 of them were treated with routine western medicine （control group） and another 60 patients （treatment group） were treated with Shuxuetong on the base of routine medicine for 14 days. The serum lipid level and platelet coagulative function were examined at the following time points： before and after the therapy. Results： The therapeutic effect was much better in the treatment group compared with the control group （P〈0. 01）. The levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol decreased significantly （P〈0. 05） in the treatment group and more than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Prothrobin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） prolonged; the level of fibrinogen （Fg） significantly decreased （P〈0.05 all） in the treatment group compared with those of control group. Conclusion： Shuxuetong can decrease plasma level of fibrinogen, lipid and it is safely for patients with those of unstable angina pectoris.
