摘　　要：创业力作为影响区域自主创新能力的重要途径近年来日益受到广泛关注。基于转型期区域制度条件差异,分析创业力激发对产品创新、创新积聚以及区域经济增长的影响,提出以激发企业家精神、推动科技企业集群式发展为突破口的区域创新能力构建战略。In recent years, there is growing concern that entrepreneurship is an important way that impact on the regional independent innovation capability. Based on the differences of regional system conditions in transition, we analyse the stimulation of entrepreneurship impact on product innovation, innovation accumulation and regional economic growth, suggest the strategic of regional innovation capability construction which take stimu- lates the entrepreneurial spirit, tech enterprises cluster development as the breach.
