The relation research between corporate social capital and corporate social responsibility

摘　　要：基于企业社会资本和企业社会责任这两个学术界的热点话题,联系到它们的内涵和学术界对于他们与企业竞争优势之间关系的探讨,研究二者之间的内在联系和它们对于企业竞争优势的意义,从而得出企业社会资本与企业社会责任是企业相互促进相互融合的双赢策略的结论。Based on the two pop- topics of corporate social capital and corporate social responsibility in academe, related to their meaning and the discuss which the academe has made about relation between corporate competitive advantage and them, researched the internal relation and meaning between corporate social capital and corporate social responsibility, then got the conclusion that corporate social capital and corporate social responsibility are stimulating and syncretizing each other with both win strategy.
