摘 要:围绕西安邮电学院的特色专业—市场营销专业的建设情况进行分析,提出了市场营销专业规划和定位,分析了市场营销专业的特色和优势,市场营销专业的师资队伍情况,特别是对青年教师的培养方案着重进行了阐述;提出市场营销专业课程体系改革的思路,指出了课程体系改革的成效及采取的措施;总结了市场营销专业的教学效果。This paper focuses on the characteristics of the construction status of Marketing professional of Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications. Proposed a marketing professional planning and positioning, marketing of professional characteristics and advantages; Marketing professional teaching staff, in particular the training of young teachers is discussed; Then proposed marketing professional courses reform of the system, and presented the achievements and measures of course reform; Finally concluded the marketing professional teaching effectiveness.
