摘  要:以双环戊二烯为原料,通过水合反应和催化加氢等步骤制备三环癸烷醇。通过考察反应过程中的水合催化剂浓度、反应时间、反应温度、加氢催化剂的种类、阻聚剂的量以及加氢催化剂的量,来找出较佳的制备工艺参数。采用气相色谱仪、红外光谱仪和核磁共振等仪器来对产品的纯度和结构进行鉴定。确定了中间体三环癸烯醇最佳制备工艺参数为水合催化剂浓度20%,反应时间6h,反应温度110℃,阻聚剂的量为0.3g。三环癸烷醇的最佳制备工艺为常温常压下使用5%的钯-碳催化剂1g进行加氢,二步反应所得产物纯度分别为91.308%和91.206%。Dicyclopentadiene was used as raw material to prepare tricyclodecanol by hydration and catalytic hydrogenation.The optimum rection conditions have been found by investigating catalyst(H2SO4) concentration of hydration,reaction time,reaction temperature,and the quality of inhibitor(1,4-Hydroxybenzone) and hydrogenation catalyst(Pd/C).The purity and structure of the product have been confirmed by GC,IR and NMR.The optimum synthetic parameters of tricyclodecenol were that hydration catalyst concentration was 20%,reaction time was 6 hours,reaction temperature was around 110℃,inhibitor was 0.3 g.The optimum technology parameters of tricyclodecanol were that 5% Pd/C catalyst as hydrogenation catalyst,the amount was 1 g,the purities of products obtained from two steps reaction were 91.308% and 91.206%,respectively.
