人肝癌特异性γ-GT Ⅱ单克隆抗体的研究

摘　　要：利用杂交瘤技术获5株分泌鼠抗人肝癌特异性γ－GTⅡ单克隆抗体细胞株，经核型分析，证明所建杂交瘤细胞系融合细胞。对其分泌的MCAb进行生物学特性鉴定，各McAb滴度不一，有的高达10－9，有的低至10－2左右。5种McAb均为IgG型，只与纯化的γ－GTⅡ起反应。有2种McAb有相同的位点，另外3种有不同的位点。Five cell strains secreting murine McAbs to human liver cancer specific γ-GT Ⅱwere obtained by hybridoma technique and proved to be fusion cells by karyotype analysis- The blological characteristics of the McAbs secreted by the 5 strains were detected,and the result showed that the titers of them varied from 10-9 to 10-2. All the McAbs were IgGs which only reacted with purified γ-GT Ⅱ. Two of them bave identical sites,and the other 3 have different sites.
