摘 要:以葛根素为配体,用液相法合成了Cu(Ⅱ)配合物。通过电导率测定实验确定了配合物中配体和金属离子的配比,并对配合物进行紫外光谱、红外光谱表征,同时选择超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)产生体系为实验体系,考察葛根素及其配合物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:配合物中配体和金属离子的配比为1∶1,葛根素依靠酚羟基氧及羰基氧与Cu(Ⅱ)作用形成了配合物,葛根素及其配合物对O2-.都有很好的清除作用,但由于配合物中酚羟基及羰基数量的减少,清除作用相对稍差。Puerarin-Cu( Ⅱ ) complexes were synthesized with puerarin and Cu( Ⅱ ) by solution-phase synthesis. The molar ratio of metal ions to the ligands was concluded by electrical conductivity experiment. The complexes were characterized by FTIR and UV spectra analysis. Their antioxidant activity was also studied by selecting the producing system of O2^-· as experimental system. The experimental results showed that the molar ratio of metal ions to the ligands is 1 : 1, puerarin and Cu( Ⅱ ) come into being a complex, puerarin and its Cu( Ⅱ ) complexes had an excellent elimination ability to O2^-· , however, the antioxidant activity of complex was weakly compared with puerarin due to the decreasing of hydroxyl group and carbonyl group.
