摘　　要：目的：探讨老年乳腺癌围手术期中西医结合治疗方法。方法：65岁以上乳腺癌病人172例中167例行手术治疗，围手术期均采用中西医结合治疗。结果：近期治愈167例，随访4个月。4年，平均19个月，5例局部复发转移，1例死于肝转移。结论：老年病人常伴有多种合并症，经适当处理后手术是安全的。围手术期中西医结合治疗有助于术后康复。Objective To explore perioperative management for elderly breast cancer patients with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Methods One hundred and sixty-seven women with breast cancer over 65-years were surgically treated. All cases were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine during the perioperative period. Results All patients were followed up from four months to four years and the mean time was nineteen months. Five cases had metastatic disease;one patient died of liver metastasis. Postoperative complications included cerebral infarction in one case;pulmonary infection in two cases; wound hemorrhage in three cases and ischemia of skin flap in five cases.Conclusion It is safe to operate after reasonable therapy on elderly patients with complications. Perioperative management with integrated Chinese and Westem medicine is valuable to postoperative rehabilitation.
