紫杉醇联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价紫杉醇(TAX)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)和氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒性反应。方法TAX135mg/m2,静脉滴注d1,CF200mg/m2,静滴2h,5-Fu400mg/m2,静推后继之5-Fu600mg/m2,静滴22h连续3d,每3周重复。结果可评价疗效者38例,获得CR2例(5.26%),PR19例(50.00%),NC10例(26.30%),PD6例(15.80%),总有效率(CR+PR)为55.30%,中位TTP6.2个月,MST9.5个月。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制。结论TAX联合CF、5-Fu治疗晚期胃癌患者疗效较好,毒副反应轻,可以耐受。Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel （TAX） plus leucovorin （CF） and 5-fluorouracil （5-Fu） for advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods TAX 135mg/m^2 given at day 1 intravenously; CF 200mg/m^2 given from day 1 to day 3 intravenously; 5-Fu 400mg/m^2 given bolus and 600mg/m^2 continuous infusion （for 22 hours） from day 1 to day 3. Each cycle included 3 weeks, after at least two continuous cycles, evaluation was performed. Results Among 38 cases with advanced gastric carcinoma,2 cases reached compete response （5.26%）, 19 cases partial response （50.00%）, 10 cases no change （26.30%）,7 cases with disease progression （18.40%）. The overall response rate was 55.30%, media/a disease progression time was 6.2 months, median survival time was 19.5 months. The main toxicitywasmyelosupp ression. Conclusion The chemotherapy regimen of TAX plus CF and 5-Fu is effective for advanced gastric carcinoma with tolerable toxicity.
