摘　　要：提要目的探讨Claudin-3在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化法半定量测定前列腺癌80例、前列腺增生组织20例中Claudin-3的表达;用蛋白印迹结合图像分析法定量测定前列腺癌和前列腺增生组织的Claudin-3的表达。结果免疫组化及蛋白印迹均示前列腺癌组织中Claudin-3的表达显著高于良性前列腺增生组(P<0.01)。结论Claudin-3蛋白在前列腺癌组织中表达较前列腺增生组织中的表达明显上调,Claudin-3可能成为诊断前列腺癌的候选癌标。Objective To examine the expression pattern of Claudin-3 in prostate carcinoma and tissues explore its clinical significance. Methods The expression levels of Claudin-3 in 80 cases of prostate carcinoma and 20 cases of benign hyperplasia of prostate were measured by immunohistochemistry and Western blot respectively. Results Compared with those of controls, the expression of Claudin-3 was found to be significantly increased in prostate carcinoma （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Claudin-3 protein might become a new candidate marker in the diagnosis of prostate carcinoma dueto its significant upregulation expression in prostate carcinoma.
