摘　　要：西部边疆民族高等教育的改革与发展,必须根据自身特有的规律和特点,用创新精神找准办学定位,建立创新体制,探索创新方法,开展开放式思维和开拓性人格创新教学活动,努力营造一种平等和谐宽松的学习环境,激发少数民族学生创造性学习的积极性。Since the reform and the development of the minority higher education in western region has its own feature, the author of the present article believes that only by creating a more harmonious learning environment can minority students be inspired to learn in a more creative manner.
