摘 要:虚拟仪器技术是计算机技术和测控技术发展与结合的成果,代表着仪器发展的一个重要方向,在农业装备的性能检测和自动控制方面已经得到了初步应用。本文结合笔者应用该技术开发农业装备测控系统的实例,对其在收获机械、设施农业、喷灌设备、拖拉机及农用运输车、种子加工设备等农业装备中的应用成果进行了综述,同时对虚拟仪器技术在农业装备中的应用前景进行了展望,并提出了采用虚拟仪器技术、无线数据传输技术和网络技术设计移动式测控系统,进行农业装备田间作业共性参数测控的技术方案。Virtual instrument technology, as a result of combination of computer technology and measurement technology, represents an important trend of instrument development. It has been used in the aspects of automatic control and parameter measurement for agricultural equipment. With some application examples in agricultural equipment the author achieved, this paper summarizes its application achievements in harvesting machinery, protected agriculture, spray irrigation equipment, tractors and agricultural vehicles, seed processing equipment and other agricultural equipment, and looks forward to the application prospects of virtual instrument technology in the measurement and control system of agricultural equipment. In the end of the paper, a technical proposal of designing a mobile measurement and control system with virtual instrument technology, wireless data transmission technique and network technique is given to measure and control the common parameters in farm machinery.
