新疆跆拳道教练员创新心理品质及创新能力的研究

摘　　要：运用体育统计、文献资料和问卷调查方法,对新疆跆拳道教练员创新心里品质及创新能力进行了数据分析,旨在探讨新疆跆拳道教练员创新心理品质及创新能力,结果表明:新疆教练员随着年龄、工作年限的增加,教练员们对跆拳道运动的认知能力不断增强,在训练和教学中不断积累经验,具备了创新品质及创新能力。Through using the method of sport statistics, hterature material and questionnaire survey, this paper makes data analysis on innovating psychological quality and ability of Taekwondo coach. The result shows that with the increasing of age and working- year, the cognition on taekwondo is strengthened and experience is accumulated in training and teaching. Coach has possessed the innovating quality and ability.
