我国成人高等学历教育结构流变论略

摘　　要：近20年来,我国成人高等学历教育结构发生了很大变化,在横向办学形式结构上,传统单一院校类办学形式被打破,考试类及远程类等社会化、现代化的成人高等教育办学形式不断发展壮大,部分独立设置的成人高校规模日益萎缩,成人高等学历教育逐步向普通高校汇集;在纵向教育层次结构上,专科层次在减少,本科及以上层次教育呈发展之势。对此,我们必须保持清醒的头脑,在成人高等学历教育结构调整时既要主动适应上述变化,又必须根据社会需要和成人高等教育自身特点及发展规律,作出谨慎选择。In recent 20 years, the structure of the adult higher education in China has changed a lot. On the pattern structure, the traditional unitary school running pattern is broken, and the socialized and modernized school running pattern of exam type and distance type develop rapidly. A part of the universities and colleges which are installed independently are shrinking day by day. Adult higher education is gradually converging to the general uni- versities and colleges. On the level structure, college level is decreasing, and above college level they develop well. We must keep a sober mind to these. When we are restructuring the adult higher education, we not only need to adapt the above changes initiatively, but also must make a prudent choice according to the requirement of the society and the adult higher education＇s own characteristics and the development regularity.
