多层螺旋CT在腭部肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在腭部肿瘤诊断的应用价值。资料与方法回顾性分析25例经病理证实的腭部肿瘤的CT表现,其中良性肿瘤11例,恶性肿瘤14例,均行多平面重组(MPR)技术作冠状面、矢状面重组,多方位、多窗位观察分析病变。结果11例腭部良性肿瘤表现为卵圆形或类圆形软组织肿块,密度均匀、轻中度均匀强化,边界清楚,4例伴有邻近骨质压迫吸收;14例腭部恶性肿瘤表现为不规则软组织肿块、不均匀强化,边界不清,9例伴有邻近骨质不规则破坏、邻近结构受侵,6例伴有颈淋巴结转移,1例伴有双肺转移。结论CT增强结合MPR图像处理技术可对腭部肿瘤作出准确定位诊断,对良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断以及恶性肿瘤侵犯范围的判定都具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the value of multiple-slice spiral CT in diagnosing palatine tumors. Materials and Methods The CT images of 25 cases with pathologically proved palatine tumors were retrospectively analyzed. 11 benign and 14 malignant tumors were included in this study. Coronal and sagittal multiple-planar reconstruction technique were applied in all cases to observe the lesions in three diamensions. Results （ 1 ） Ovate or round-like masses with homogenous density and slightly to moderately homogenous enhancement were found in 11 benign tumors. （2）Irregular soft tissue masses with inhomogenous density and obscure boundary were found in 14 malignant tumors. Bone and adjacent structure were invaded in 9 cases. Cervical lymphn0de and bilateral lung metastasis occurred in 6 and lcase respectively. Conclusion Enhanced CT combined with MPR technique has great value in accuratly localizing, differential diagnosis of Palatine Tumors.
