摘　　要：目的研究HBVx和COX-2在肝细胞肝癌发病过程中的作用。方法145例HCC、78例肝炎后肝硬化及16例来自尸检的正常肝组织标本经病理复查后制成组织芯片,进行HE及免疫组织化学染色,评定各指标的染色指数。结果HCC组HB-Vx平均阳性表达指数高于肝硬化组(P<0.01)。HBVx在高、中、低分化HCC组间表达差异有统计学意义。COX-2免疫组化染色在肝硬化组表达较强;在HCC组和正常人肝细胞胞质中表达较弱。HCC组肿瘤细胞胞质中COX-2阳性表达指数低于肝硬化组(P<0.01)。COX-2在高、中、低HCC组间表达差异有统计学意义。相关性分析表明145例HCC中HBVx表达与COX-2表达存在正相关(P=0.000)。结论HBVx可通过调节COX-2的表达参与HCC发病过程。Purpose To study the role of HBV X protein （HBVx） and cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） in the initiation and development of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods Tissue array was prepared from 145 cases of HCC, 78 eases of post-hepatitie cirrhosis and 16 cases of normal liver tissue. HE and immunohistochemical stains were performed on these slides. Staining index （SI） was used to assess the expression of each factor. Results The expression of HBVx protein was higher in HCC group than that in posthepatitic cirrhosis group and control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; there was different expression of HBVx among well, moderately and lowly differentiated HCC groups. The expression of COX-2 was higher in posthepatitic cirrhosis group than in HCC and normal liver tissue （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; there was different expression of COX-2 among well, moderately and lowly differentiated HCC groups. The expression of HBVx had a positive correlation with the expression of COX-2. Conclusions High expression of HBVx can up-regulate the expression of COX-2, which is thought to play an important role in the process of malignant transformation of liver cells and proliferation of tumor cells.
