摘　　要：目的探讨流式细胞术检测细胞周期在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤组织中的意义。方法取石蜡包埋的30例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤作实验组,另取30例鼻中隔偏曲患者的正常黏膜组织为对照组,用流式细胞术检测各组的DNA指数(DNA index,DI)及S期细胞百分数(S-phase fraction,SPF),研究各指数与组织良恶性之间的相关性。结果DI与SPF在恶性组织与正常对照组之间差异均有统计学意义。结论流式细胞术检测DI、SPF在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤的诊断中有重要意义。Objective To explore the significance of the cell cycle in sino-nasal neoplasm by flow cytometry （FCM）. Methods 30 cases of paraffin-embeded malignant tumors in nasal cavities or sinuses served as the experimental group and 30 cases of normal mucosa of deflection of the nasal septum as the control group. The DNA index（DI） value and the S-phase fraction（SPF） values were determined by FCM and their correlation was analyzed. Results The DI and SPF values of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Flow cytometric analysis of DI and SPF plays an important role in diagnosis of sino-nasal neoplasm.
