摘　　要：目的探索中西医结合间歇疗法治疗酒渣鼻的疗效；方法治疗组服用中成药一清胶囊、雷公藤和西药奥消硝唑胶囊，外用复方氯霉素酊；对照组服用甲硝唑片，外用药及疗程同治疗组，3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组和对组有效率分别为85．42％和58．62％，两组有效率统计学有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论中西医结合间歇疗法治疗红斑、丘疹脓疱期酒渣鼻疗效显著，值得临床推广。Objective Probe integration of Chinese and western medicine intermittence treatment curing the acne rosacea curative effect Methods One clear capsule , thunder god vine and Western medicine curing a group taking a Chinese patent drug eliminate the saltpetre azole capsule, medicine made of two or more ingredients chloromycetin tincture for external application oersted： Contrast a group taking Flagyl movie, drugs for external use and course of treatment surname cure a group, 3 course of treatment queens observe a curative effect.
