GC法测定葛根素注射液中丙二醇和二甘醇的残留量

摘　　要：采用气相色谱法测定葛根素注射液中丙二醇和二甘醇的残留量。用DB-WAXetr毛细管柱，检测器温度为280℃。丙二醇的测定在49．69-993．8μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．4％，RSD=1．2％（n=9）；二甘醇在11．09～110．9μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．2%，RSD=1．4%（n=9）。方法简单、灵敏度高。The purpose is to develop GC method for the assay of propylene glycol and diethylene glycol in Puerarin injection. The test used DB-WAXetr capillary column, FID detector at 280℃. Propylene glycol had a good linear relation in the range of 49. 69-993. 8μg ·mL^-1, the average recovery was 98.4% and the RSD was 1.2%. Diethylene glycol had a good linear relation in the range of 11.09-110. 9μg·mL^-1, the average recovery was 99.2% and the RSD was 1.4% （n=9）. The method is simple, sensitive and rapid.
