大肠水疗在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：研究大肠水疗作为结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果及患者的耐受性。将220例拟进行结肠镜检查者随机分为观察组（大肠水疗组）和对照组（口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂组），根据结肠镜检查中肠道清洁程度（0～3分）评价肠道清洁效果，采用数字评分法（0～10满意度分级）评价患者对肠道准备的耐受程度。结果显示，观察组和对照组在肠道清洁程度上差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），在患者耐受性上，对本次肠道准备评分上观察组明显高于对照组，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结果表明，大肠水疗作为结肠镜检查前肠道准备的一种方法，操作简单，效果满意，副作用小，患者乐于接受。The objective of this study was to investigate efficacy of the large intestine hydrotherapy taken as intestinal preparation before colonoscopy,and patient＇s tolerance. Authors divided the patients to be subjected to colonoscopy into two groups：study group（i, e, subjected to large intestine hydrotherapy） and controlled group（i, e,orally adminitered macrogol electrolyte powder）;according to the intestinal clean extents （0-3points） obtained from colonoscopy evaluated intestinal clean efficacy, and evaluated patient＇s tolerance to intestinal preparation by using digital score method（0-10 satisfactory grading）. As results, in clean ex- tents there was not statistical difference between both groups（ P〉0.05） and in patient＇s tolerance the intestinal score of study group was significantly higher than that of coutrolled group（ P〈0.01）. These results show that large intestine hydrotherapy as a method for intestinal preparation has such features as simple manipulation, satisfactory efficacy, less side effects, and patients being ready to accept it.
