鼻咽癌和鼻咽癌前病变中DNA-PKcs和VEGF表达的意义

摘　　要：目的观察鼻咽癌和鼻咽癌前病变组织中DNA依赖蛋白激酶(DNA-PKcs)和VEGF的表达变化及其意义。方法在鼻咽癌高发区(广东省中山市)选择鼻咽炎患者30例、鼻咽炎伴鳞状上皮化生、并有不典型增生患者42例及鼻咽癌患者34例,采用免疫组化S-P法检测病变组织中DNA-PKcs和VEG表达水平。结果鼻咽炎、鼻咽炎伴鳞状上皮化生并有不典型增生患者及鼻咽癌组织中DNA-PKcs表达水平分别为:6.7%、64.3%、58.8%(P<0.01),VEGF表达水平分别为:3.3%、40.5%、55.9%(P<0.01),依据病理分类和不典型增生分级的不同,DNA-PKcs和VEGF呈现不同表达水平。结论DNA-PKcs和VEGF在鼻咽癌变过程中可能发挥一定的作用。Objective To investigate the expression of DNA dependent protein kinase （DNA- PKcs） in precancerous lesion and nasopharyngeal cacinoma （NPC）. Methods We studied 30 cases of nasopharyngeal inflammation, 42 precancerous lesion cases of NPC which involved inflammation, squamous metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia, and 34 cases of NPC, and detected the express of DNA--PKcs with immunohistochemical method （S--P）. Results The positive expression rate of DNA--PKcs in nasopharyngeal inflammation, precancerous lesions of NPC, and NPC was 6. 7%, 64.3%, and 55. 9% （P〈 0.01）. Conclusions DNA--PKcs may play an important role in the process of carcinogenesis.
