摘  要:目的探讨尖锐湿疣的发病与性激素(雌、雄、孕激素)受体的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测尖锐湿疣患者疣组织与正常组织中的性激素受体的表达与分布,观察组为尖锐湿疣标本(40例),对照组为湿疣临近的正常组织(40例)。结果1)雌、雄激素受体的外阴、肛周皮肤组织及阴道粘膜组织中均可测得,而孕激素受体仅见于阴道粘膜组织,三种激素受体主要分布于靶细胞核中,胞浆中亦有少量分布。2)雌、雄激素受体表达量在观察组与对照组中有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.05),孕激素受体表达量在观察组与对照组中的表达量无显著差异(P>0.05,P<0.05);3)雌、雄激素受体的高度表达率在观察组与对照组间的差异均有显著意义(P<0.05),而孕激素受体的高度表达率则不存在差异(P>0.05)。结论性激素受体特别是雌、雄激素受体对尖锐湿疣的发病可能有促进作用。尖锐湿疣是一种激素依赖性疾病,可以应用性激素拮抗剂对其进行治疗。Objective To explore the relationship between condyloma acuminate and steroid hormone receptors. Methods Immunohistochemistry was employed in detecting the steroid hormone receptors of 40 condyloma samples and 40 neighboring normal tissues. Results Estrogen receptors were seen in vagina and vulva, progesterone receptors were seen in vagina but not in the vulva. Androgen receptors were seen in skin and vagina. The steroid hormone receptors express more or less in condyloma acuminate lesions. The expression rates of estrogen receptors and androgen receptors between lesions and normal tissues were significantly different (P 〈 0.05), while the progesterone receptors didn't have the difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions We suggested condyloma acuminate were associated with the steroid hormone receptors, especially the estrogen receptors and androgen receptors. Condyloma acuminate should also be considered as hormone-dependent disease, which could employ hormonal therapy.
