浅析《时病论》对湿邪病证的辨证论治

摘　　要：阐述了清代名医雷丰所著《时病论》中有关湿邪病证的病机,从病发四时,不拘长夏和四季湿病,各据特点两方面进行分析;雷丰对湿邪病证的辨证立法泾渭分明,用药遣方独具匠心,体现了知时论证、结合体质、灵活变通的学术思想。The author expounded the pathogenesis of dampness syndrome in Discussion of Epidemic Pestilence written by LEI Feng who was a famous doctor in Qing dynasty. It was analyzed that the invasion of dampness was not confined to June in lunar calendar or in four seasons＇ damp diseases. LEI＇ s differentiation of syndrome and establishment of treating method were entirely different from the other＇ s, and medication and prescription showed ingenuity. His academic thought gave expression to realize time to discuss dampness, according to physical ability, and nimble and flexible in clinic.
