摘 要:介绍了矿用电机车制动系统的制动原理,并建立了制动过程的数学模型。基于数学模型,应用多体分析软件ADAMS对制动系统进行三维建模,对其在多种条件下的制动过程进行动态仿真。通过分析仿真结果得到机车制动系统的制动性能,从而为其进一步的设计与改进提供可靠的依据,具有很大的实用价值。This paper introduces the principle of braking system for mine electric locomotive. A mathematical model of the braking process is set up. Based on this model, a 3D model of the braking system is set up with the multi-body analysis software of ADAMS, and then the dynamic simulation analysis of the braking process is made in different conditions. The braking performance is obtained by analyzing the simulation result of the braking system, which provides a dependable basis for the further design and improvement. There is of significant practical value.
