摘　　要：LK99是由美国引进马铃薯加工品种Kennebec组培苗特异植株经系统选育而成。中早熟,生育期85d(天)左右。薯块长椭圆形,白皮白肉,芽眼浅而稀,表皮光滑,商品薯率84%。干物质含量22.81%,淀粉16.32%,VC163.7mg.kg-1,粗蛋白2.83%,还原糖0.171%。每667m2产量1800kg左右,高产可达3000kg,适宜甘肃省高寒阴湿、二阴地区及城郊川水地地膜覆盖早熟栽培和温润地区冬播栽培。‘LK99＇ was bred through tissue culture seedlings of processing potato variety Kennebec introduced from America. It is mid-early maturity. It takes about 85 days from sowing to harvest. The tuber is long-ellipse with white skin, white flesh,little and shallow eyes and smooth surface. The rate of marketable tuber is 84 %. The average content of dry material is 22.81% ,of starch is 16.32 % ,of VC is 163.7 mg · kg^-1 ,of crude protein is 2.83 % ,of reducing sugar is 0. 171%. It yields about 27 t · hm^-2 ,and the highest yield can be 45 t · hm^-2. It is suitable to be cultivated in the cold, wet areas with high latitude and half shaded land, and it is also suitable to grow in the outskirt of cities under plasticfilm mulching on river plain and warm humid areas of Gansu province in winter.
