摘　　要：针对安徽省近年来部分地区山洪灾害发生较为频繁的现状,从山洪灾害的成因与特点分析,提出防御山洪灾害必须科学论证、全面规划、逐步治理的原则,从根本上减少人员和财产损失。Mountain flood happens frequently in some part of the Anhui Province in recent years. On the basis of analysis of causes of mountain flood and its features, the principles of scientific approval, comprehensive planning and gradually harness in the prevention of mountain flood disasters are pointed out, so as to reduce human and financial losses from the root cause.
