摘　　要：在技术进步日新月异的信息时代,个人知识的信息高效管理已经成为知识经济发展的必须和时代要求。探讨了个人知识管理的概念和基本内容,着重介绍如何利用先进的信息理念和技术来辅助图书馆员的个人知识管理,并最终实现个人知识管理系统的构架。In the ever-changing technological advances in this era of information, personal knowledge of the efficient management of information has become the development of the knowledge economy and to the requirements of the times. This paper discusses the concept of personal knowledge management and the basic content and focus on how the use of advanced information technology and ideas to help librarians personal knowledge management, and ultimately bring about personal knowledge management system framework.
