清肺消咳颗粒抑菌、抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究清肺消咳颗粒的体内外抑菌与抗炎作用。方法:采用体外抗菌及病原菌感染小鼠造模,评价清肺消咳颗粒的抑菌作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿与角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀等炎性模型,研究清肺消咳颗粒的抗炎作用。结果:清肺消咳颗粒对肺炎双球菌、甲/乙型溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有较明显的抑制或灭活作用,对大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌的抑制作用较弱,对肺炎双球菌感染小鼠的死亡保护率分别为40%,35%,10%,生命延长率为57.14%,45.45%,14.29%;清肺消咳颗粒可显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球致肉芽组织增生和大鼠足跖肿胀并明显减少炎症组织内PGE_2含量。结论:清肺消咳颗粒具有较好的体内、外抑菌与抗炎作用。Objective： To study on the anti-bacteria and anti-inflammatory effect of Qingfeixiaoke granule. Method ： The anti-bacteria in vitro and the model of mouse infected by pathogenic bacteria were established to appraise the bacteriostatic effect of Qingfeixiaoke granule;mice ear edema caused by xylene, tampon granuloma in rat and rat＇s hind paw swelling inflammatory model caused by carrageenan were employed to study the anti-inflammatory effects of Qingfeixiaoke granule. Result： The anti-bacteria experiments of Qingfeixiaoke granule in vitro showed that Qingfeixiaoke granule had strong an effect on inhibiting or drowned activity pneumonia streptococcus,α/β-hemolytic streptococcus,staphylococcus aureus and had infirm an effect on inhibiting bacillus coli and bacillus pyocyaneus, the death rate of infected by pneumonia streptococcus in mice could reduce 40% ,35% and 10% respectively, and could prolong the mean survival days by 57.14% ,45.45%, 14.29% , respectively;the anti-inflammatory experiments displayed that Qingfeixiaoke granule could significantly suppress ear swell induced by xylene in mice and granuloma proliferation, and could restrict the edematous degree in rat and decrease the contents of PGE2 in inflammatory tissue. Conclusion： Qingfeixiaoke granule had preferably anti-bacteria and antiinflammatory effect.
