摘　　要：结合某型红外引信的贮存寿命评估试验,对该型产品的环境应力筛选试验的方法进行了探索,重点对应力的选择和试验参数的确定进行了论述。针对该产品子样的贮存寿命,提出了常温检查和应力筛选相结合的办法,利用公式计算保证了较高的筛选率。Combine to the storage reliability assessment experiment of an infrared fuze, try to study the method of the environmental stress screening on this product. The keystone is the determination on the stress and parameters. According to the storage life of this product, a method that the inspection in normal temperature the environmental stress screening have suggested. According to formula calculation, higher screen rate is guaranteed.
