摘 要:工业生产在线检测中,由于CCD相机与工件的相对运动,产生了成像模糊及拖尾效应等像移问题,像移直接影响了测量精度,本文在图象退化模型基础上,应用基于MATLAB平台的维纳滤波对像移所产生的图像模糊的恢复原理,解决了以在线检测像移补偿。给出了点扩散函数中模糊距离的求解方法,在一维匀速直线运动像移补偿上取得了较好的效果。通过在线检测验证了维纳滤波较清晰的图像恢复效果。The applicaion of image motion compensation technology in industrial on-line detection has been introduced by CCD and workpiece relative motion in this paper. Has had the image formation image drift questions and so on fuzzy and streaking effect, Moved to the immediate influence measuring accuracy likely, Particularly, this paper presems a detail of the wiener-filter restoration based on MATLAB and mentions a method which can solve the fuzzy distance in point spread fimction in uniform linear motion. Finally, it is proved that the wiener-filter restoration has a good restoration effect than others.
