摘  要:采用CAVF法进行冷再生混合料级配设计,采用普通乳化沥青、SBR改性乳化沥青和自行研制的乳化SBS改性沥青对广深高速公路旧路面回收料(RAP)进行了冷再生室内对比试验研究,试验结果表明乳化SBS改性沥青冷再生混合料性能优于其它两种类型乳化沥青冷再生混合料.同时,在旧料评价过程中,提出了细度模数比这一新的量化评价指标以评价旧料的结团状况.研究表明,细度模数比与旧料和再生混合料性能指标密切相关,对于旧料质量控制和再生混合料配合比设计具有较大的工程意义.Used the coarse aggregate void filling(CAVF) method for gradation design of cold recycled asphalt mixtures with the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, and used three kind of binders, including common emulsified asphalt, SBR modified emulsified asphalt and the emulsified SBS modified asphalt which was developed independently to conduct indoor research by comparison. The testing result shows that the performance of the new emulsified SBS modified asphalt cold recycled mixtures is superior to that of other two types of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures. About the evaluation on the old asphalt mixtures, we presents a new quantitative evaluation indicator-fineness-modulus ratio to evaluate the clustering of the old asphalt mixtures. The study shows that the fineness-modulus ratio is closely related to the performance indicators of the old asphalt mixtures and the cold recycled asphalt mixtures, which has engineering meaning for the quality control of the old asphalt mixtures and the design of the cold recycled asphalt mixtures.
