复杂系统理论视野中的循环经济

摘　　要：文章从复杂性基本特征出发,通过分析循环经济系统的开放性、动态演化性、多层次性、非线性、自组织性等特征,指出循环系统本身是一个复杂系统,接着分析了循环经济的复杂性构成,并从政府、企业、社会公众、宏观社会环境和产业环境等角度探讨了发展循环经济互动与协同的关系。The article analysis the recycling economy system characteristics from the angle of complexity content ,and points out that the conditions for the formation of a complexity system are its being open, varieties, many levels, self- organization and nonlinear characteristics, then the paper studies the recycling economy structure in terms of the complexity, then analysis interaction and collaboration of the recycling economy development from five dimensions of government , enterprises, social public, industrial environment, and macro social environment.
