摘 要:根据现代接触动力学原理,结合有限元知识,利用三维造型软件Pro/E、网格划分软件HyperM esh及有限元分析软件ANSYS对微型多功能车前双横臂独立悬架进行了接触强度分析。计算结果与试验结果进行对比表明,所建立的有限元模型基本符合原结构的强度特性。On the basis of contemporary principle of contact dynamics, combining with knowledge of finite element and utilizing the 3D modeling software Pro/E, the grid partition software HyperMesh and finite element analysis software Ansys, the contact strength analysis was carried out on the independent suspending frame of double horizontal arms of the mini-typed multiple func- tioned vehicle. By carrying out comparison on the computed result with the result of experiment it was shown that the being established finite element model was basically tally with the strength characteristics of the original structure.
