儿童白内障的手术治疗

摘　　要：回顾性分析了白内障囊外摘除或晶体切割的先天性白内障47例和外伤性白内障26例。术后57.14％双眼先天性白内障，31．58％单眼先天性白内障和57．69％外伤性白内障远期矫正视力≥0．1，前两者之间差异有极显著性。晶体摘除术组和晶体切割术组的远期矫正视力之间差异无显著性。主张儿童白内障首选囊外摘除术或角膜缘入路的晶体切割术，同时行Ⅰ期后囊切开和前段玻璃体切割术。强调早期诊断和适时手术，并需要充分的屈光矫正和及时、严格和持续足够时间的弱视治疗。47 patients (75 eyes)with congenital cataract and 26 patients (26 eyes )with traumatic cataract who underwent cataract extraction or lensectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperatively 57. 14% eyes with bilateral congenital cataract, 31. 58% eyes with unilateral congenital cataract and 57. 69% eyes with traumatic cataract had long-term corrected visual acuities of 20/200 or better. Cataract extraction or limbal approach lensectomy with primary posterior capsulectomy and anterior vitrectomy was recommended in children with cataract. In order to obtain a good result, early diagnosis and timely surgery followed by prompt refractive correction and aggressive amblyopia therapy are very essential.
