逍遥煎剂对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：[目的]观察逍遥煎剂对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠的治疗作用。[方法]将48只大鼠随机分为6组,即正常组,模型组,曲美布汀组,逍遥煎剂小、中、大剂量组,每组8只,除正常组外各组均复制腹泻型IBS模型,2周后,加用相应的药物治疗,观察各组大鼠7、14 d的稀便级、小肠墨汁推进百分率、结肠组织病理的变化。[结果]治疗后曲美布汀组,逍遥煎剂小、中、大剂量组大鼠稀便级均明显减少,治疗7 d后,逍遥煎剂小、中、大剂量组与曲美布汀组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14 d后,逍遥煎剂中、大剂量组与小剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。曲美布汀组,逍遥煎剂小、中、大剂量组均能明显减少大鼠小肠墨汁推进百分率,逍遥煎剂大、中剂量组与曲美布汀组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组大鼠结肠黏膜无充血、水肿、溃疡,光学显微镜下观察无弥漫性炎症细胞浸润等组织学改变。[结论]逍遥煎剂对腹泻型IBS大鼠有显著的止泻作用。[Objective]To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyao apozem on predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS-D）in rats. [Methods]Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley（SD） rats were divided into six groups at random, including normal group , model group, trimebutine group, lowdose , middle-dose and high dose of Xiaoyao apozem groups. Each group included 8 rats. All groups duplicated diarrhea and stress model except normal group. Two weeks later, every group was treated by corresponding drugs. The degree of loose stool and intestina parva ink pushing rates as well as pathological changes of colonic tissue were observed. [Resuits] Seven days later, the degree of loose stool of trimebutine group and differentdose of Xiaoyao apozem groups obvi- ously decreased. There was a significant difference between the trimebutine group and the different-dose of Xiaoyao apozem groups （P〈0. 05）. Fourteen days later, intestina parva ink pushing rates of trimebutine group and differentdose of Xiaoyao apozem groups obviously decreased. There was an obvious difference in the low-dose Xiaoyao apozem and middle-dose and high dose Xiaoyao apozem groups（P〈0. 05）, but there was not a significant difference between the trimebutine group and middle-dose and high dose of Xiaoyao apozem groups （P〉0. 05）. There were no synathresis hydropsia and ulcer in the colonic tissue of each groups. Under the optical microscope, there were no histological changes such as diffusive inflammatory cell infiltration. [Conclusion]Xiaoyao apozem has noticeable curative effect of checking diarrhea.
