疏肝健脾法对功能性消化不良血浆胃动素和生长抑素的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察中医疏肝健脾法治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效及对血浆胃动素(MOT)和生长抑素(SS)水平的影响。[方法]选择确诊为FD患者120例,按2∶1比例随机分为2组,治疗组(疏肝健脾方治疗)80例,对照组(莫沙必利治疗)40例,并设正常组40例。采用放射免疫法测定2组患者治疗前、后空腹血浆MOT和SS水平,并与正常组测得值对比。[结果]治疗组临床症状总有效率为92.5%,对照组为90.0%,差异无统计学意义,但前者显效率为85.0%,明显高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组MOT及SS治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。[结论]中医疏肝健脾法治疗FD患者疗效显著,能升高血浆MOT及降低SS水平,推动胃肠蠕动,促进胃肠道排空,达到改善患者临床症状的目的。[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Shuganjianpi method on functional dyspepsia （FD） belong to stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and the influence of plasma motilin （MOT） and somatostatin （SS） levels. [Methods]Choice for FD patients diagnosed by the 2：1 ratio of 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups： Shuganjianpi treatment group（80 cases）, mosapride treatment control group（40 case） . The normal group（40 health people） was set up. Plasma MOT and SS levels were measured by radioimmunoassay （RIA） . [Results]The clinical symptoms of the total efficiency was 92.5% in Shuganjianpi Treatment group , 90% in mosapride treatment control group, and there was no significant difference（P〉0. 05）, but the excellence rate was 85% in Shuganjianpi treatment group, significantly higher than that of mosapride treatment control group （60%, P〈0. 05）. After treatment the level of MOT and SS in the treatment group were significant difference compared with those before treatment （PMOT〈0. 01 and P〈0. 01）. Shuganjianpi could elevated plasma motilin, lower somatostatation. MOT（ P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion]Chinese Shuganjianpi method is effective on the treatment of FD , can increase plasma MOT levels and decrease plasma SS level and promote gastric motility and emptying to improve clinical symptoms.
