摘 要:针对复杂产品可适应设计中出现的功能耦合问题,提出了一种通过分解与割裂进行耦合功能规划的新方法.首先基于公理设计对产品的功能和设计参数进行层次划分;然后在割裂中采用基于双向比较的层次分析法进行定量分析,并用遗传算法进行排序;最后结合汽车的自动变速器设计停车档的可适应设计对该方法进行验证,验证结果表明该方法可有效地使迭代次数达到最少,从而得到最佳排列顺序.In order to improve the adaptability of products, a new method for programming of coupled functions with partition and tearing is brought forward for function coupling problem encountered in the adaptable design of complex products. Firstly, function and design parameters of a product are decomposed zigzagging based on axiomatic design. Then, quantitative analysis was carried out with two ways comparison-based analytical hierarchy process during the partition and following genetic algorithm is applied to find the best processing sequence with the least iterative cycles. At last, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by an illustrative example of adaptable design of automobile parking structure. The results show that the proposed method can achieve the optimum sequence arrangement effectively with the least iteration numbers.
