摘 要:建立了由亲水性离子液体四氟硼酸N-丁基吡啶[BPy]BF4和(NH4)2SO7形成的双水相体系萃取分离芦丁的新方法。研究了(NH4)2SO4浓度、芦丁溶液浓度、离子液体用量和溶液酸度对双水相形成和萃取率的影响。结果表明,当双水相体系组成为:(NH4)2SO4 1.5g,2.0mL离子液体,1.0~1.2mL芦丁溶液,溶液酸度在pH4-6范围内,该离子液体双水相体系对芦丁有较高的萃取率(E%〉90)。A new method for the extraction and separation of rutin with aqueous two -phase system formed by a room temperature water - soluble ionic liquid [ BPy] BF4 ( nitrogen - butyl pyridine tetrafluoroborate ) and phase - forming salt ( NH4 )2SO4 was studied, and effect of concentrations of ionic liquid, salt and rutin and pH value on extraction efficiency were investigated systematically. With the addition of 1.0 - 1.2 mL rutin, 2.0 mL[ BPy] BF4 , 1.5 g ( NH4 )2 SO4 and pH 4 -6, ionic liquid aqueous two- phase system had the highest extraction efficiency (E% 〉 90).
