摘　　要：STAT3是信号转导和转录激活因子家族(STAT)的重要成员,由细胞外细胞因子、生长因子等多肽类配体激活,作用于细胞核内特异的DNA片段,调控靶基因的转录,促进细胞的增殖,抑制凋亡。因此,STAT3信号通路可能成为肿瘤分子治疗的新靶位点。对STAT3癌基因的一些相关性研究,为结直肠癌形成机制的阐述及治疗奠定了基础。STAT3 is an important member of signal transducers and activators of transcription （STAT） family. It is activated by extracellular ligands, including cytokines and growth factors. It can translocate to nucleus, where it binds to specific DNA sequences and regulate the transcription of target genes, and promote the proliferation and inhibit apoptosis of tumor cells. STAT3 signal pathway may be a new target site for tumor molecular therapy. Some .studies about the STAT3 as an oncogene are to establish foundation for genesic mechanism and therapy of colorectal carcinoma.
