摘　　要：目的研究家兔急性肠系膜缺血各时段血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)变化,并探讨其在早期诊断中的作用。方法将20只实验兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组为急性肠系膜缺血模型,并分别于肠缺血的不同时点抽取静脉血,测定2组血清IL-1β、IL-6,并分析其变化与肠组织缺血程度的关系。结果与对照组相比,实验组静脉血IL-1β、IL-6在2h和4h时明显升高(P<0.01)。结论血清IL-1β、IL-6可作为早期诊断肠缺血性疾病指标。Objective To study the changes of IL-1β, IL-6 in serum and the role of them in diagnosis of rabbit acute mesenteric ischemia in early stages. Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Plasma samples were obtained at different stages. Results were analyzed and the relationship between the changes and the degree of intestinal ischemia was estimated. Results The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 were significantly increased in the experimental group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The level of IL-1β, IL-6 in serum may be used for the diagnosis of acute mesenteric ischemia at early stage.
