摘 要:阐述了国内外凹印制版技术的研究现状和发展状况,介绍了激光凹印制版的工艺过程、工作原理。对激光凹印制版设备中图形图像处理系统、控制系统、激光器和光学系统等进行了重点分析,指出制版图像文件数据无损压缩、嵌入式控制系统、高频高能以及分光分时等技术是当前开发激光凹印制版技术以及研制激光凹印制版设备的关键,最后对激光凹印制版设备的应用前景和发展方向进行了展望。The current research and development status in domestic and abroad of gravure plate making technology were summarized. The technology process, working principle of laser gravure plate making were introduced. The graph and image processing system, control system, and laser and optical system are mainly analyzed. The technologies such as lossless data compression of image file, the embedded control system, the high frequency and energy, and the light-splitting and timesharing, etc, are the key technologies to develop the laser engraving technology and to develop the gravure plate making equipment. The application prospect and development trend of the laser gravure plate making equipment were also forecasted.
