摘　　要：科技汉英翻译时,除了必须考虑汉英两种语言独特的科技文体特征及其一般规律外,还应遵循翻译理论的基本原则,善于利用各种科技汉英翻译变通手段。根据汉英两种语言文化的特点及其差异,从汉英科技题材的文体特征出发,结合科技汉英翻译实例,分析并探讨了科技汉英翻译的基本方式与常用技巧。When translating Chinese for Sci-Tech （CST） into English, besides considering the unique stylistic features of both CST and EST along with their general laws,we should also follow the basic principles of translation theory and flexibly use the translation techniques. Based upon the linguistic and cultural features of both Chinese and English and their differences ,this paper analyses and explores the basic ways and common techniques used in translating CST into English from the perspective of the stylistic features of both CST and EST with concrete CST examples.
