摘　　要：人的自我实现是马克思主义人学研究的重要内容之一。人的自我实现不仅具有普遍性而且还具有社会历史性。人的自我实现有自我牺牲、利己主义和个人与社会发展一致三种最基本的形式,在社会主义初级阶段人的自我实现必需确立个人与社会发展一致的主导价值观。Human Beings＇ Self-Actualization is one of the most important parts studied by Marxism Humanity. It is not only universal but social historic. Human Beings＇ Serf - Actualization has three most basic forms ： self - sacrifice, egoism, and con-gruity of individual and social development. In the primary stage of socialism, it must establish congruity of individual and social development as the leading values.
