半夏泻心汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:101例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予半夏泻心汤加味和奥美拉唑肠溶片、吗丁啉、硫糖铝片治疗,疗程6周。两组分别进行治疗前后对比观察,判定疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组总有效率92.3%;对照组总有效率75.5%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of bile reflux gastritis by the treatment of PineUiae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire. Methods： 101 patients with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire, Control group were given Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets, Domperidone and Sucralfate, 6 weeks as one course. Then observed and contrasted the two groups, and analyzed by statistics. Results： There were 21 cases curative, 18 cases excellent, 9 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective in treatment group. And there were 13 cases were curative, 14-cases were excellent, 10 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective in control group. The two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire could treat bile reflux gastritis effectively.
